Our cookies are delicate and often break during shipping, especially in warm weather. Here's what we do to help: • To prevent extra days in transit, orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Any orders received after USPS picks up on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday. • We are happy to provide complimentary ice packs with orders of 7 or fewer packages. The best option for this with our shipping boxes is to order either 3 packages or 7 packages. Please note these measures only help.
