Hello! I just had to comment and tell you thanks for getting these delicious cookies into PCC! I was in shock when my husband brought home 2 boxes of cookies that I could actually eat! I am on month 8 of the autoimmune paleo elimination diet and have seriously missed not having any tasty treats. Thanks for such a yummy product????

  Hi Kara! That’s great, thanks so much for taking the time to comment. We LOVE to hear about people enjoying our cookies, we worked really hard to make them yummy! If you have a Whole Foods near you they carry our Snickerdoodle flavor also. Hopefully soon we’ll have all 5 varieties in both Whole Foods and PCC!

I am a 27 year old living with an autoimmune disease and have been following the Paleo diet for about 5 years. As my journey evolved, so did my diet and lifestyle. For the past year i have been following the autoimmune Paleo diet. I have had amazing results, though it is restrictive and requires planning and dedication.

My fiancé and I were on a road trip and stopped in the grocery store to find a snack and load up on items that I could eat. My fiancé found the “Jacks paleo cookies” and noticed they were labeled AIP.
