Thank you! We use chocolate chips from Guittard – it’s tough to find soy and dairy free chocolate that is also fair trade, we’re glad we were able to find them!

Disappointed to see cane sugar in your “Paleo” labeled cookies. The ones without are great, but cane sugar is never Paleo. You could use coconut sugar sweetened chocolate instead to make it true Paleo. Very deceiving.

Hi Wendy – We hear you. We have yet to find coconut sugar sweetened chocolate chips. It’s tricky to even find dairy and soy free chocolate chips that are also fair trade. If you have seen any options please send that info our way! We have found that there are a number of well-respected Paleo “people” such as The Paleo Mom (Dr. Sarah Ballyntyne) who will say a small amount of cane sugar is okay. We of course know it’s a gray area, so we list the Chocolate Chip cookies as Paleo Friendly instead of saying they are 100% Paleo in an effort to not be deceiving. We are always looking for ways to improve so we do appreciate your feedback!

Love your cookies! But I also wish you’d use chocolate chips with coconut sugar and not cane sugar. Check out Davis chocolate chips. They fit the bill and are fantastic!

So I broke my word on what I said in the lemon cookie review and went out and tried this flavor. They’re very good. Listen, I should have put this in the lemon cookie review too, but I think all these cookies are best at room temperature or warm. And if you’re worried about crumbs, don’t be. You will soon find that there are no crumbs because you’re putting the whole cookie in your mouth, they’re perfectly sized for that – no bites here (and this is from someone who prefers enjoying cookies in smaller bites!) Thanks for a such a great truly honest-to-goodness product. I wish my store carried ginger molasses and cinnamon raisin to try, but maybe I’ll have a chat with ’em…

I hadn’t heard of them, they are soooooo close but they’re made in a facility that produces nut products and we have to be really careful of that since we are a nut free facility. Dang it, I was excited to finally see chocolate chips with all good ingredients!

I’ve just recently been trying to stick with paleo and these are the best paleo cookies out there! I have tried a few options and many vegan ones and they are all hard and not the texture you want for a chocolate chip cookie. These are so soft and crumbly in the best way. And have the perfect amount of sweetness! I can’t wait to try your other flavors!!
