Our cookies are delicate and often break during shipping, especially in warm weather. Here's what we do to help: • To prevent extra days in transit, orders will usually only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Any orders received after pick up on Wednesday will be shipped on Monday. • We are happy to provide a complimentary ice pack with orders of 5-7 packages or 1 to 3 packages (due to our shipping box sizes). Please add an ice pack to your order from the checkout page or leave a note in the comments. Please note these measures only help.
